Rental experience includes managing properties since July 2000. I’ve served as a facility manager for the military where I was in charge of over $13 million worth of property. Coming up on 20 years of service and ready to retire, I’m looking to rapidly increase our inventory to secure my next career path.
Our management rates are extremely competitive. Contacting me will give you the best explanation. Once you decide to hire me as your property manager, I will advertise and market your property. No cost to you. You won’t pay me until I have placed a qualified tenant into your property and they have paid the security deposit and rent. From that payment, I keep just $150 plus 10% of all collected rent. That’s it. If for some reason rent doesn’t get paid, I don’t get paid. I’m not in the business of nickel and dimeing you to death.
